Nine people lost their lives in a helicopter crash on Jan. 26 in California, including NBA legend Kobe Bryant, 41, and his 13-year-old daughter Gianna.
They were on their way to the Mamba and Mambacita Sports Academy in Thousand Oaks when the helicopter crash near Calabasas. The other victims were: Payton Chester, 13; Sarah Chester, 45; Alyssa Altobelli, 14; Keri Altobelli, 46; John Altobelli, 56; Christina Mauser, 38; and Ara Zobayan, 50.
On Monday, a public memorial service will be held at the Staples Center for Kobe and Gianna Bryant. It follows a private burial the family held for them earlier this month.
