Tyson Fury's chef George Lockhart ensures that The Gypsy King is fed over 5,000 calories a day – and he doesn't have any cheat meals.
Fury is set to step into the ring with Deontay Wilder to conclude their trilogy during the early hours of Sunday morning.
The pair fought to a scorecard draw in late 2018 before Wilder's corner threw the towel in during their 2020 bout.
And ex-marine Lockhart has lifted the lid on the nutritional side of Fury's preparation for their latest encounter.
Lockhart revealed that Fury doesn't have cheat meals, and that coffee is key to the heavyweight champion's success.
Lockhart, speaking to leading coffee retailer Coffee Friend, said: "First thing in the morning Tyson is definitely going to have a coffee with his breakfast and what he eats is dictated by the activities of the day.
"But one thing that’s constant every single day is he has: one fish, one chicken, and one red meat throughout the day in each one of his meals.
"It might go up and it might go down but he consumes about 5000 calories a day."
Lockhart added: "He doesn’t have any cheat meals, he does not really crave anything."

"Antioxidants are basically what helps you stay younger, it helps with inflammation and helps you look younger."
Fury tackles these pre-radicals twofold.
Lockhart revealed that Fury has a lot of fruit bowls with yoghurt, which contains antioxidants, but he also has coffee which helps.
"Coffee absolutely helps Tyson Fury in his preparations, 100 per cent. Tyson uses it for performance and for a social thing.
"Coffee is a huge deal to Tyson. Him and Sugar Hill bought this $1500 coffee machine, it’s insane.
"A lot of the time caffeine gets a negative connotation, but the National Strength & Conditioning Association did a study that said you can have 250mg of caffeine per kilogram of body weight."
Fury remains undefeated as he heads to Las Vegas, while Wilder has one blot in his copybook, the defeat to Fury.
And Wilder hasn't been shy about deflecting the blame for the loss, and the Bronze Bomber has accused Fury of cheating on numerous occasions.
However, Fury has laughed off these claims.
