YouTube idiot Jake Paul was banned from fighting a host of MMA stars as the New York State Athletic Commission wanted a professional boxer to replace Tommy Fury.
Paul, 25, was scheduled to face long-standing rival Fury, younger brother of heavyweight champion Tyson, on August 6 in Madison Square Garden, but the bout was thrown into doubt following an issue with Fury's visa. Paul then set the Brit a deadline of July 6 to fix the problem before he would move on to alternative opponents, which the ex-Love Island star failed to meet.
Already besting MMA stars Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley in the ring, Paul was keen to go for the hat-trick before the New York State Athletic Commission stepped in to block his preferred contender.

"There were certain names that they wouldn't approve, mostly MMA fighters," the YouTuber-turner boxer told Morning Kombat. "Then we were like 'alright we need a professional boxer'.
"But it sort of reversed because they were like 'we don't know if we're going to approve Jake for this'. They were just like everyone, this is a high-risk fight. This is insane, this is psychotic, no boxer is taking chances like this as early on in their career."

Paul has now agreed to fight 12-1 professional heavyweight Hasim Rahman Jr, son of two-time world heavyweight champion Hasim Rahman, though the bout will be conducted at cruiserweight. And despite being a former sparring partner of Paul's, the Baltimore-born boxer has shown the YouTuber no mercy, vowing to end his unbeaten streak.
"You ain't fought no boxers and this will be your first loss. I will be using both hands," Rahman Jr said at the announcement press conference. "Only used one hand when I sparred you. He can't even spar nobody with one hand.
"He's not at that level. I promise you he turned his back and ran from me. When I spar you it's always the same thing – it's a handicap. I've been trying to help him but he's barking up the wrong tree. I'm gonna f*** you up."
