Tyson Fury stopped Deontay Wilder in a sensational, wild night in Las Vegas.

Wilder came flying out of the blocks but suffered a knockdown in round three, and it looked as if Fury was set to end it.

But dramatically, Fury was then knocked down twice in the fourth round in what boxing pundit Dan Rafael described as a "f***ing war".

The duo continued to brawl, but eventually Fury began to tire his opponent who showed outstanding heart to stay in the ring.

Wilder hit the canvas again in round 10, but still found the strength to hold on ad Fury looked to finish the fight.

But again Wilder got himself back in it, troubling Fury before the end of the round.

It was then stopped in round 11.

Fellow pundit Mike Coppinger described it as a the "fight of the year so far".

His view was echoed by delighted fight fans.

Before the fight, Wilder had delayed the fight by waiting in his dressing room during a bizarre pre-fight ritual.

Fury then entered the ring dressed as a spartan.
