Los Angeles Chargers at Las Vegas Raiders: Live stream, how to watch, odds, time

The Las Vegas Raiders' playoff chances were dealt a blow with Sunday's 44-27 loss to the Indianapolis Colts, and it led to a change in the coaching staff.

Paul Guenther was fired as defensive coordinator and replaced by defensive line coach Rod Marinelli, a former Lions head coach who more recently was defensive coordinator for the Bears and Cowboys.

He has his work cut out for him because the Raiders rank 30th in points allowed and 25th in yards allowed. And he will be without defensive starters Clelin Ferrell, Nicholas Morrow, Damon Arnette, Johnathan Abram and Maliek Collins for Thursday's game.

But the Raiders' defensive woes could benefit Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert, who has a chance to break a couple rookie records.

He is tied with Andrew Luck's 2012 rookie mark with six 300-yard passing games. And he needs three touchdown passes to move past Baker Mayfield's 27 in 2018.

Herbert, whose team is eliminated from playoff contention, threw for 326 yards and two touchdowns in a 31-26 loss to the Raiders on Nov. 8. He nearly had a third, but his potential winning pass to Donald Parham Jr. was overturned when a replay determined he didn't have possession throughout the catch.
