Julio Jones is officially out of Atlanta.
Following weeks of trade speculation, the Falcons sent the franchise icon to Tennessee on Sunday. While the deal netted them a pair of draft picks and much-needed cap flexibility, it gave the Titans the best wide receiver of the last decade.
Jones’ relocation, and the terms involved — Atlanta received 2022 second-round and 2023 fourth-round picks while also surrendering a 2023 sixth-rounder — had several players around the league buzzing on Twitter.
