Anthony Martial's wife Melanie has appeared to agree that Zinedine Zidane should replace Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at Manchester United in a bid to 'see the sun shine' on the forward again.
The £36million signing from Monaco back in 2015 looked set to go on and make his mark on European football following 11 goals in his debut Premier League season – but has failed to do so.
Only once has the France international managed more goals than that in a single league season, but followed up his 17 from 2019/20 with just four in 2020/21.
With no goals from six appearances so far this time out, wife Melanie looks to be laying the blame at the door of the manager by liking a comment on her latest TikTok upload.
On the video of her receiving a manicure, in which she wished her followers a happy Sunday, the account then liked a comment that wanted to send a message to her husband.
The comment reads: "Tell Anthony the sun will shine again once Zidane arrives."
The 25-year-old is no longer a guaranteed starter under the Norwegian boss despite the poor form of summer arrival Jadon Sancho and spell on the sidelines for Marcus Rashford.
With Mason Greenwood and Cristiano Ronaldo set to play key roles this season, Martial will be desperate to put together a string of good performances in a bid to get more credit with the boss.

Solskjaer said when asked about the forward after their recent defeat to West Ham: "I don't think it's right to go into individual performances.
"Antho was the same as the rest of the team: we played some nice football, we lacked some of that cutting edge and he knows what we want from him. He'll keep working and get his chances."
Having insisted in the summer that Martial remained a key part of his playing squad.
He said: "I wouldn’t be surprised if other teams targeted Anthony because he is a very good player.
"I have no plans whatsoever for him to play against us. Anthony has come back strong and hungry, with the determination to prove his fitness and his quality.
"Last season was a difficult and disappointing one for him and you can see that little bit of grit between his teeth again.
"He is up for the challenge, he is Man United player and we are happy to have him. He has proven doubters wrong so many times."
