Celtic hero Scott Brown taunts Rangers fans with ‘superb s***housery’ after goal

Scott Brown was left to regret his celebration after scoring for Aberdeen against old rivals Rangers at Ibrox on Wednesday – with Alfredo Morelos hitting back four minutes later.

The former Celtic and Scotland skipper headed home from a first-half corner to make the score 2-0 to the away side in their Scottish Premiership encounter.

With the game ending 2-2 thanks to Morelos and James Tavernier, Steven Gerrard's side remain top of the table with seven wins from their 11 fixtures.

Despite the four goals, the celebration of Brown has got the most response online, with many saying that he was mocking Colombia international Morelos.

The hothead Gers striker is known for sliding on his knees and pointing to the turf.

One fan wrote on Twitter: "Scott Brown with the Morelos celebration, superb s***housery."

Another said in response: "The s***housery!"

A third continued: "Hahahahha the level of pettiness I aspire too."

With a fourth saying: "Top class s***housery."

The 36-year-old is best known for his 14-year spell at Celtic, a time in which he won 10 Premiership titles, six Scottish Cups and six Scottish League Cups.

With Brown sliding on his knees to rile up the home support, he copied Morelos but pointing to the turf as if the ground was his own.

Morelos took back his celebration after levelling the tie just four minutes later before the game ended as a draw, although Celtic did go to within two points of their rivals after beating Hibernian.

The 25-year-old has now scored three goals across nine league outings this season, taking his overall tally for the club to 100 across 199 fixtures.

Morelos and Brown clashed on more than one occasion during their Old Firm rivalry, with the striker giving his rival the 'boo hoo' gesture during their 4-1 win in May of last year.

Brown had been involved in an incident that saw Morelos sent off during the 2018/19 season, and their clashes might well continue when Rangers take on Aberdeen once more on the 29th of December.
