The report goes onto claim that Giroud still believes he can have a big impact at the highest level, and he is ‘intrigued’ by the chance to play in Serie A and in the Champions League again.

Giroud, 34, has reportedly come to an agreement with Milan over a two-year deal worth £3.4million-per-season with performance-related bonuses on top.

Milan and Giroud will be hoping to iron out the finer details as soon as possible, with the Euros on the horizon.
