Manchester City and England defender Kyle Walker will not face criminal charges regarding indecent exposure after being spotted flashing in a bar.

In pictures seen by the Daily Star, taken just hours after their Premier League win over Newcastle on March 4, Walker partied with a group at a Manchester venue and was also seen appearing to kiss a woman.

Cheshire Police had later confirmed that officers were investigating Walker over the footage in relation to an alleged indecent exposure, before an update on Friday, March 17.

In a statement, Cheshire Police said: "On Wednesday 8 March, Cheshire Constabulary was made aware of a video circulating on social media in relation to an alleged incident at a bar in the Wilmslow area.

"Officers have now concluded their enquiries which included speaking to those directly involved.

"A 32-year-old man from Prestbury voluntarily attended a police station for questioning on 16 March. He has been dealt with by an out of court disposal and the matter is now closed."

The footage appeared to show Walker pawing at a woman's breast, which she seems to react to in a joking manner, before appearing to flash members of the group.

With Walker continuing in the City squad as normal after the incident, he was also named in the upcoming England squad by Gareth Southgate.

Walker also kissed a woman while sat in a booth, before later appearing to flash for a second time before leaving with the group of friends.

When asked about the incident last Friday (March 10), Guardiola said: "It's a private issue, we solve it internally, speak with him. Of course this is not the place to speak about a private situation."

When asked if footballers might now need to be more reserved in public, the Spaniard added: "Yes definitely. Completely different from years ago definitely."

Concluding when asked what advice he would give: "They know it. They know it already. When you open the door at home you have to know that you will be filmed, whatever you do."
