Leeds vs Liverpool prediction: How will Premier League fixture play out tonight?

The Reds are chasing a top-four finish

Liverpool face Leeds United in the Premier League at Elland Road tonight, with Jurgen Klopp’s side looking to go back into the Champions League spots with victory.

The Reds started the season with title aspirations, beating Leeds in a 4-3 thriller at Anfield on the opening weekend, but were as low as eighth following a 1-0 home defeat to Chelsea last month.

Klopp’s men can go fourth with three points this evening, however, following West Ham’s surprise defeat to Newcastle on Saturday.

Leeds produced one of the wins of the season with their 2-1 victory at Manchester City last week, while Liverpool were eliminated by Real Madrid in the Champions League on Wednesday but have won their last three games in the Premier League.

Here’s all you need to know before the match this evening.

When is the match?

The match kicks off at 8pm BST on Monday 18 April.

The match will be shown live on Sky Sports Main Event and Premier League, with coverage starting from 7pm BST. Subscribers can stream the match via the Sky Go app. If you’re not a Sky customer you can grab a NOWTV Day Pass here to watch without a subscription.

Liverpool were wasteful against Real Madrid on Wednesday but played well and looked closer to their best in the 0-0 draw at Anfield. If they can replicate that performance but take their chances at Elland Road they should be able to get the win. Leeds 1-3 Liverpool
