Liverpool supporters showed their support for Trent Alexander-Arnold after he responded to being named in Gareth Southgate's 26-man England squad for Euro 2020.
There were reports in recent weeks that suggested the Reds' right-back would not be selected to feature at the tournament due to the stiff competition in this area of the pitch.
Alexander-Arnold hit back at his critics with a number of high-quality performances for Liverpool, which helped Jurgen Klopp's side secure a third-place finish in the Premier League.
Southgate has now selected the 22-year-old, as well as Kieran Trippier, Kyle Walker and Reece James.
Reacting to news of his inclusion, Alexander-Arnold shared the following message on Twitter.
"Always believe in yourself. Silence the doubters," he posted.
Liverpool fans were far from surprised to see the youngster make the cut for England as they reacted to Southgate's decision.
"We know you well and know the extent of your abilities . We trust you despite their suspicion of you. You were, and will stay the best right-back in the world," one user tweeted.
"Your mentality is why you are at the very, very top of football at such a young age. A great role model for any up-and-coming footballers," added another Liverpool fan.
"Those doubters need to give their heads a wobble Trent. Go and show them what an excellent footballer you are!"
"My right-back," was another response shared.
Despite battling with Alexander-Arnold for a place in the starting-eleven, Trippier was also pleased to see the Liverpool star picked.
"There are four quality right-backs and as Gareth has said, we can all play in different positions to help the team," said the Atletico Madrid defender.
"As competitive right-backs, we just want to help each other and help the team – and all four of us will do that."
