Liverpool fans troll Paul Pogba on Trent Alexander-Arnold Premier League assists

Liverpool fans took a dig at Manchester United rival Paul Pogba as Trent Alexander-Arnold matched his assist rate.

The defender was on hand twice as the Reds came back to beat West Ham 3-2.

He whipped in a cross for Georginio Wijnaldum’s opener before finding Sadio Mane for the winner.

And he could have had a hat-trick as the Senegalese forward’s second goal was ruled out by VAR.

It means Alexander-Arnold is on 12 assists for the season, matching his total from the last campaign.

The 21-year-old now has a total of 25 assists since across his Premier League career.
