Manchester United have been dealt a boost in their long-running pursuit of Jadon Sancho – with Borussia Dortmund reportedly open to selling him this summer.

The Red Devils were heavily linked with a move for Sancho in the previous summer and autumn transfer window, only for Dortmund's £108million asking price to prove too steep amid the coronavirus crisis.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer instead added Amad Diallo to his ranks, with the 18-year-old winger officially joining his side at the turn of the year.

However, it is believed United still obtain an interest in Sancho heading into the next summer transfer window.

The England international is enjoying another impressive season for Dortmund, registering nine goals and 14 assists in 28 games so far.

United are also said to be eyeing up a move for his team-mate Erling Haaland, who has emerged as one of the best strikers in European football since joining Dortmund in January of last year.

Haaland, who is said to be available for just £65million next year due to a clause in his contract, has bagged 41 goals in 42 appearances for the German club so far.

And according to Bild, Dortmund are determined to keep hold of the Norwegian more than Sancho in the summer transfer window.
