Football fans have been left baffled by an optical illusion involving the iconic San Siro.
The stadium, which is officially known as the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, has been the home of AC Milan since 1926 and their arch rivals Inter since 1947. It hosted both legs of their Champions League semi-final, with the Nerazzurri triumphing 3-0 on aggregate.
While all eyes were on the pitch last night (May 16), fans became distracted on social media by a video of outside the ground. It shows fans walking down one of the several spiral walkways which are used to access the top tiers.

The supporters moving in unison can play a trick on the eyes, instead making it seem like the concrete structure is turning on an axis.
The short clip has gone viral on a number of occasions in recent years and still has viewers perplexed to this day. One commented: "Narh, that’s completely made my brain go weird."
A second wrote: "Fooled me lol." A third replied: "This got my eyes fixed." And a fourth said: "I’m getting dizzy looking at this."

"That’s insane looking. Must be some walk," posted a fifth, before a sixth exclaimed: "Even I thought it was moving!"
The optical illusion may not be around for much longer, as Milan and Inter approved plans to move to a new stadium called The Cathedral back in 2021. That could lead to the San Siro being demolished in the coming years.
There's been calls to preserve it regardless of if the move goes ahead or not, with Italian minister Vittorio Sgarbi saying earlier this year: "I will take all the necessary steps to prevent it from being torn down." But the decision ultimately rests with the mayor of the city.
