A luxurious four-bed flat Phil Neville owns in Manchester is still yet to be sold, with the former Red Devils player struggling to sell it for around a decade.
Spanning the 44th, 45th and 46th floors of the Beetham Tower on Deansgate, the property has been put on and off the market over the last 10 years, with its price being slashed on numerous occasions.
Neville, 44, who is currently managing Inter Miami in the MLS, initially placed the apartment on Deansgate in 2010 for some £4million but its valuation has dropped considerably since then.
The property has been offered for rent for an amount reported to be £15,000 per month and then went through a makeover, being refurbished and placed back on the market to be sold.
The high-rise flat is now on the market for £2.75millon, some £1.25million less than its initial price, and is still needing to be sold.
Beetham Tower owned the title of being the tallest building in Manchester from 2006 to 2018, at 47 stories and 554 feet (169 m), before being overtaken by nearby skyscraper South Tower of Deansgate square, which tops out at 64 stories and 201 metres (659 feet).
Neville’s apartment has marble floors and underfloor heating, while there is a top-notch automation system that controls security, lighting, audio, and temperature via touch screens around the flat.
If you enter the flat via its 45th-floor entrance, there’s a huge entrance hall that leads to a large open-plan lounge and kitchen.

There is a second reception room downstairs on the 44th floor, along with a double bedroom and sizeable walk-in wardrobe.
The spiral staircase on the 46th floor led up to the three remaining double bedrooms. The main suite has with it a walk-in wardrobe, an additional storage room, and a luxury en suite bathroom.

The apartment also comes with five secure parking spaces, while there is a separate lock-up garage, too.
Phil’s wife Julie Neville shared her thoughts on the property via M.E.N. She said: "Having lived in the apartment for four years as a family, we can vouch for its superb location.
"It’s within walking distance to some amazing bars, restaurants and shops, and is within easy reach of the motorway too.
"It has proven to be a highly popular and rentable property having been vacant for only two weeks since the day it was completed."
