‘I just concentrate on my team’: Jadon Sancho refuses to be drawn on Borussia Dortmund future with Manchester United and Liverpool among those ready to bring winger back to England this summer
- Borussia Dortmund will find it hard to hang onto Jadon Sancho this summer
- The Englishman’s performances have attracted attention from Europe’s elite
- Sancho has reportedly caught Manchester United and Liverpool’s eye
- However, the teen insists he is only focused on securing silverware in Germany
Jadon Sancho is keeping his eyes firmly fixed on life at Borussia Dortmund, avoiding talk of a summer exit despite looming interest from Europe’s heavyweights.
The English starlet has lit-up the Bundesliga this season, already surpassing his goal tally from last season with 14 strikes and contributing 15 assists.
Sancho’s performance in Dortmund’s 2-1 victory over PSG only elevated his price-tag, routinely leaving the French side’s defence scrambling.

BVB are not expected to hang on to the winger in the summer, with a host of huge names stacking up to sign him, including Manchester United and Liverpool.
‘I don’t really look at all them things,’ Sancho said. ‘I just concentrate on my team and take it game by game.
‘That’s the most important thing for me now.’
He has much to concentrate on, too. Dortmund are firmly in the title race, with Sancho’s strike propelling them a to a 1-0 win over Freiburg on Saturday.
Sancho appears to be thriving at Dortmund, but he could be ready to move on in summer
After securing three wins in a row without conceding a goal, they sit four points behind league leaders Bayern Munich.
Dortmund will also have earned a spot in the Champions League quarter-finals if they get a result in Paris.
The club paid just £8million for Sancho in 2017 after he turned down a new contract with Manchester City’s academy, and the move abroad has seen him develop into one of the world’s hottest prospects.
