Tottenham Hotspurs pursuit of Inter Milan's star Lautaro Martinez appears to have hit a wall after his model girlfriend's latest Instagram caption.
Spurs have been interested in the services of the Argentine this summer as Nuno Espirito Santo looks to play two up-top.
It was hoped, from the Spurs hierarchy, that Martinez and Harry Kane would lead the line.
However, Martinez's girlfriend, Agustina Gandolfo, appears to have all but confirmed the destination of Martinez for the new campaign.
In her latest Instagram upload, Gandolfo captioned the snap: "Home," which was accompanied by blue and black hearts, the colours of Inter's home strip.
Martinez was introduced to Gandolfo by his countryman Mauro Icardi when the pair were at Inter.
Gandolfo was a friend of Icardi's wife Wanda Nara.
And when the controversial striker moved to French giants PSG, it left Martinez and Gandolfo together in Italy.
The pair have grown close, and Gandolfo regularly shares snaps of the pair, and their child, to her Instagram page, which has amassed over 850,000 followers.

Her Instagram photo comes as a double blow to Spurs' hopes of securing a deal for the Argentine attacker.
And last week, Inter Milan's CEO Giuseppe Marotta told DAZN that Martinez has decided to stay.
"Lautaro Martinez has decided to stay at Inter, he strongly wants to stay also with many clubs approaching us with official bids to sign Lautaro.
"We’re so proud."

Tottenham face an uphill battle to try and secure the services of Martinez, but they may also struggle to keep hold of Kane before the deadline.
Pep Guardiola told reporters after Manchester City's clash on Saturday: "Maybe we buy or maybe we'll not.
We still have 10 days in the transfer market, we're going to see what happens and it depends on that, what decision we are going to take."
