Hordes of Bayern Munich fans surged through a barrier outside Stamford Bridge in chaotic scenes before their Champions League clash against Chelsea .
The German giants take on the Premier League side in west London in the first leg of their knockout round encounter.
But ‘scary’ scenes of crowd trouble unfolded just hours before the big kick-off.
In a video clip shared on social media, a number of visiting fans were seen stampeding through a segregation barrier.
One fan wrote on Twitter: “Scary moment ahead of the Champions League tie this evening in London, Bayern fans rush the barriers at Stamford Bridge.”

Bayern Munich head to Chelsea in a repeat of the 2012 Champions League final, which the Blues won on penalties.
That match was held in Munich with the only meeting since then being the UEFA Super Cup in 2013.
Blues boss Frank Lampard said: “When you look at their team, the talent they have, the medals they have, the experience they have… maybe we don’t have that experience.
“But these things are there to change. Being the underdog. If so, it’s there to turn to turn it around, to overcome being the underdog.”
