Arsenal new boy Thomas Partey hasn't left Atletico Madrid on the best terms following his deadline move to the Emirates.
The Ghana international looked set to stay at the Wanda Metropolitano beyond the summer until an 11th hour bid from London.
Partey's late Arsenal move irked Atleti, who were preparing for life with the player still in their ranks, despite the arrival of Lucas Torreira.
And Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo report the La Liga side are bothered by the midfielder's attitude as well.
Partey was at the club's training ground yesterday to say goodbye to his former team-mates and the coaching staff.
Atletico are reportedly angry with the situation but ultimately understand Arsenal were interested throughout the summer.
And a late move was always potentially on the cards.
Partey is preparing to start his new life in the Premier League and bid farewell to Atletico on social media this week.
"Dear Atletico fans, today I only have words of gratitude for you," Partey posted on Instagram on Tuesday morning.
"For several years now, Atletico Madrid has been my home and this family will always be a part of me.
"I want to thank the club for the trust placed in me from day one, but above all, I want to thank you, this wonderful fanbase that accepted me from the first moment and one that never stops believing in both the good and the bad times.
"Atletico Madrid is not just a club, it is a family. Thank you."
And boss Mikel Arteta is raring to get going with the 27-year-old too.
