A piece of Pat Cummins brilliance broke through the normal resolute defences of Indian stalwart Cheteshwar Pujara, finding the outside edge and sending the red ball darting low towards the slips cordon.

Paine without a seconds hesitation launched to his right with his right arm fully extended and hauled in an absolute screamer to send the star batsman on his way and give the Aussies their second wicket of the morning.

What. A. Catch.

Not soft enough. Brilliant catch from Paine. And that time, Cummins joy was immediate and evident. #AUSvIND

What a catch from Tim Paine! Wouldn’t have carried to Wade at first slip. Superb grab #AUSvIND

Now that’s a catch, Pujara out! #Paine #AUSvIND

THE wicket Australia wanted. #AusvInd
